How Café Milano put a 92-item café menu online on the free plan

Café Milano wanted the menu online and scannable, without table ordering. They run Poredai's free plan: a read-only digital menu on their own subdomain, with one automatically generated QR code they can print however they like.

The problem they started with

A café menu changes constantly — a coffee price moves, a syrup runs out, a seasonal drink arrives. Reprinting laminated menus for every change is not realistic.

Milano did not want guests ordering from their phones. Service at the bar works; the menu just needed to be readable, current and scannable.

How the setup went

  1. 01

    92 items entered

The full drinks and food list was loaded with categories, sizes and prices, styled in the café's own navy and gold.

  2. 02

    Subdomain assigned

The menu lives at milano.poredai.com — a clean address that also works as a link in social posts and messages.

  3. 03

    QR generated automatically

One venue QR code is produced in the dashboard, ready to print on a card, sticker or window decal.

  4. 04

    Ordering left off

The free plan has no table codes and no cart, so nothing about the service flow changed.

What changed day to day

  • Price edits are live the moment they are saved — no reprints.
  • An item marked out of stock is hidden from guests instantly.
  • The café pays nothing per month, and can move to table ordering later without redoing the menu.

Same setup, your venue.
