Ros Mari was the first restaurant live on Poredai. They run the full Restaurant plan: a printed QR code on every table, a shared cart so a whole table can order from their own phones, and a live orders board the staff watch behind the bar.
Burgas is a coastal city with a mixed guest base — Bulgarian regulars alongside English- and Russian-speaking visitors. Printing three language versions of a menu, and reprinting them whenever a price or a dish changed, was slow and expensive.
During busy service, guests waited for a waiter simply to be handed a menu, and again to read the order back. Splitting a table's order across several people meant one person dictating for everyone.
The existing menu was entered into Poredai with categories, prices and units, then translated into Bulgarian, English and Russian.
Each table got its own code. Scanning it opens the menu already bound to that table — no typing a table number.
Everyone at the table adds to the same order from their own phone, sees the running total, and one person sends the round.
Sent rounds appear instantly on the staff board grouped by table, with statuses for sent, served and cancelled.
